FIELD: navigation. SUBSTANCE: method of measurement of course of aircraft based on operations of measurement with use of gyroscopic instruments of angles of course, roll and pitch, of components of vector of angular velocity, of determination and integration of angular velocity of course, of measurement of components of vector of ground speed in geographical system of coordinates with the aid of satellite navigation system and of determination of track angle of aircraft is supplemented with operations of measurement with the use of Doppler meter of components of vector of ground speed in body axes system, of determination of angle of drift, compensation of angle of drift in track angle of aircraft and of use of generated signal either for correction of measured course and course obtained by integration of angular velocity of course or as signal of course directly when other systems measuring course fail. EFFECT: introduction of additional operations secures increase of precision in determination of course aboard aircraft. 2 dwg
