FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to processes measuring parameters of physical field, predominantly dynamic in character. Given process includes formation of fiber-optical measurement system of crossing measurement lines produced from fiber light guides over which coherent light radiation is transmitted with fixation of light radiation across output of system and used to restore state of parameters of physical fields in crossing nodes of measurement lines. Optical connectivity matrix is formed prior to measurement process. With this in mind optical information carrier, preferably disc, is placed for turning in interference plane of output light radiation of fiber-optical measurement system and additional reference light signal. Elements of optical connectivity matrix in which capacity holographic diffraction gratings differing by diffraction efficiency and in number corresponding to number of nodes of fiber-optical measurement system are employed. Relation of intensities of output light radiation of fiber-optical measurement system and additional reference light signal is controlled in process of recording of holographic diffraction gratings.
