SUBSTANCE: proposed motor designed for operation at rotational frequency not over 1000 Hz has rotor and toroidal-core stator made of magnetically soft alloy strip provided with teeth on end surface which reduces specific magnetic loss in magnetic material of stator; novelty is that solidified adhesive is fitted into turn-to-turn clearance of magnetic core and that alloy structure incorporates minimum 50% of crystals measuring 50 nm.
