FIELD: electronics, measurement technology, automatic control; precision integrated-circuit current amplifiers; preamplifier stages of linear current-amplifying devices. SUBSTANCE: amplifier has four current mirrors 1-4 series-connected between positive and negative power buses 9 and 10, respectively, and circuits of output complementary transistors 5, 6 and 7, 8. Inherent noise of input stage is actively suppressed across current mirrors 3 and 4 and at the same time coherent control signals are shaped across control electrodes of output transistors 5,6 and 7, 8 due to series connection of current mirrors 1-4. EFFECT: reduced input capacitance and inherent noise of current amplifier. 2 cl, 4 dwg
