CART FOR HOTHOUSES Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: cart has carcass, drive part with rollers adapted for engagement with guides, and mechanism for fixing cart on guides. Each roller is located on separate hub for movement along hub shaft and spring-loaded relative to hub at both sides thereof. Wheels fixed to hubs are adapted for movement outside guides. Retaining mechanism has grips adapted for engagement with guides and attached to levers pivotally secured to carcass for rocking in vertical transverse plane of cart. Vertical rod is resiliently fixed on carcass for movement along its axis of rotation and for rotation around it. Reacting force developed during movement of rod is directed upward in vertical direction. Plate fixed on rod lower end for rocking around plate horizontal axis is adapted for cooperation with levers. Plate is formed of two sheets. When sheets are in horizontal plane, minimum size of upper sheet and length of lower sheet exceed and width of lower sheet is less than distance between proximate ends of levers. Such construction allows cart stability during stops to be increased and cart transportation to be facilitated. Cart may be used in hothouses for plant care and during yield harvesting.
