FIELD: direct-action governors. SUBSTANCE: governor has a housing with an input and an output cavities, between which a shut-off control valve is arranged; the shut-off control valve may be moved relative to a seat and a guiding member. A direction of the valve motion is normal relative to a camber of a membrane center; the membrane is loaded by a setting spring and connected with the valve through a flexible pusher and a double-arm lever. The pusher is in the form of a Г-shaped leaf spring, mounted with possibility of deformation in a plane of angular motion of the lever. One end of the leaf spring is rigidly connected with the center of the membrane; its other end is connected with an end portion of the lever, engaging with the valve. The seat and the guiding member of the valve are mounted in coaxial turnings of a wall of the housing with possibility of mutual changing provides a possibility of elimination of at least one joint assembly in a joint-and-lever motion mechanism of the shut-off control valve. That lowers a number of friction units, influencing upon an accuracy and reliability of the governor operation. The flexible pusher smooths pulsations and surging of the input pressure; mounting of the seat and the guiding member with possibility of their place changing enlarges functional possibilities of the governor due to provision of its operation in "after itself" and "before itself" modes.
