FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has intraosseous part as hollow casing having protrusions on external surface, pin with flange, threaded and cylindrical part, damping inlay placed between the casing and pin. The casing and pin are manufactured as nondetacheable connection due to external inlay diameter being 1.1-1.25 times as great as the internal casing diameter and casing end face being rolled in on the inlay edge. Cylindrical part of the pin has diameter and height is 1.1-1.2 times as great as the threaded part diameter. Pin flange diameter is less than casing end face diameter by 0.2- 0.4 mm. Inlay wall and bottom thickness are 2-3 times as large as casing wall thickness and 1.5-2.5 times inlay wall thickness, respectively.
