FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has internally threaded casing, spring-loaded rod available inside the casing having groove and implant head on one and smaller diameter end face on the other one and flexible washer available in rod groove. The rod has external thread having profile height less than internal casing thread height not more than by 1/3 of thread pitch. The rod is spring-loaded with metal washer located on casing bottom. The casing has slots for fixing the casing in bone when screwing in the rod.
