SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition has an effective amount of haloperidol as an active component and the following special additions, mas. pts. /1 mas. pts. of haloperidol: lactose, 41.1-57.0; starch, 8.2-12.5; aerosil, 1.0-2.0; talc, 0.2-2.0; stearate, 0.2-0.9. To prepare the composition haloperidol taken in effective amount in mixture with lactose, starch and aerosil is wetted with 3% starch glue paste. Mixture is passed through granulator, wetted granulate is dried, dried granules are passed through granulator, powdered with a mixture of starch with talc and stearate and tabletted. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with psychotic diseases and vomiting of different genesis. Development of new tabletted form of haloperidol corresponds to all requirements of State Pharmacopoeia of XI Edition. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 1 tbl
