FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method suggests to apply as a dressing "Aktivtex" napkins of prolonged curative effect which are premoistened with physiological solution. Moreover, at the first stage of the wound process one should apply "Aktivtex HVIT" and "Aktivtex HVIT-complex" napkins for about 4 d, at the second stage therapy should be continued by "Aktivtex FOM" and "Aktivtex FMSH" ones up to complete ulcer's healing. EFFECT: improved and faster healing results, simplified and low cost of method to treat patients with contraindications to operative treatment. 1 tbl
