SUBSTANCE: film-type evaporator has vertical cylindrical shell with heat-exchange tubes inside it; these tubes are secured in tube sheets to which upper and lower distribution chambers are connected; upper distribution chamber is divided into two parts by means of vertical partition; film formers with caps coaxially secured on them are located in one part of chamber on upper ends of heat-exchange tubes; extension branch pipes and film formers are secured on other side of partition on upper ends of some heat-exchange tubes; lower chamber is divided into two parts by means of partition: tubes with film formers and caps and tubes with extension branch pipes and branch pipes having hole in wall are located in one part; tubes with film formers secured on their upper ends and branch pipes with diaphragm are located on other side. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency due to organization of descending, ascending and counter flows of liquid and vapor in one apparatus. 5 cl, 5 dwg
