FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energy-saving technologies and can be used in rectification processes. The apparatus is comprised of three consequently connected distillation columns for separating a four-component mixture, including boilers constituting film evaporators, the intertube space of the boiler of the first column in the course of raw materials constitutes a condenser and simultaneously a rectifying part of the second column operating at a pressure higher than the pressure in the first column, the tube space of the first column is simultaneously a stripping part of the first column, the rectifying part of the first column is located above the evaporator of the first column and can be made a packed or a tray section, the first column is connected with the condenser, the intertube space of the boiler of the second column is a condenser and the rectifying part of the third column operating at a pressure higher than the pressure of the second column, and the tube space of the evaporator of the second column is the stripping part of the second column, the intertube space of the boiler of the third column is heated by an external heat source, and the tube space is the stripping part of the third column, in the upper part of the intertube space of the film evaporators of the first and second columns a sieve tray is located, separating the rectifying section from the condenser to remove the distillate of the second and third columns.

EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance of the columns, increased surface of heat exchange in the boilers of the first, second and third columns and in the condensers of the second and third columns without increased metal consumption of the apparatus, reduced temperature difference between the heating steam flow and the liquid boiling in the boilers, reduced pressure difference between the columns and decreased temperatures of the bottom part of the second and third columns.
