FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a rectifying column in the form of film shell and tube heat and mass exchanger where functions of an exhaustive section and a condenser for distillate formation are performed by the tube side, and the role of a strengthening section - the shell side. In the top part of the shell side of the device a mesh plate (17), separating the strengthening section from the condenser, is located. Heat-exchange pipes (11) are designed with fins of the external surface in the form of longitudinal fins with a U-shaped form of the channel. The distributing device is formed by branch pipes (15) with a diaphragm, installed above the top ends of the heat-exchange pipes (11) and forming together with them a hydraulic lock. The bunch of heat-exchange pipes (11) is located in the internal casing (14) which is tightly fixed in the device housing (1).
EFFECT: invention allows to lower the level of compression of steam in the compressor, lower power consumption, reduce the hydraulic resistance of steam movement in the rectifying system, increase the heat-exchange surface.
