FIELD: production of diamonds; chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: device has quartz tube with methane, pump, heater, air pipe and oxygen section whose electrodes are connected via electrical conductors with electrodes of quarts tube and quartz cylinder. Hydrogen pipe is connected with turbine rotating the electrical generator generating electric power. Combustion products of turbine heat methane in heater above 540 C; under action of electrical field, methane is broken down into hydrogen and carbon at further conversion into diamonds and other carbon polymers.
