FIELD: oil and gas producing industry and geophysics; applicable in research of slim hole paths. SUBSTANCE: inclinometer has gyroscope, two pendulous accelerometers, electronic unit for supply of sensitive members and transmission of information to surface apparatuses; strong sealed shell; system of vibration dampers and shock absorbers. Logging cable is used for mechanical and electrical communication with surface apparatuses. Reverse rotation of gyroscope through 180 deg in the course of measurement is effected by DC motor through multispeed gearbox having only one shaft and one axle. Stability of gyroscope orientation in measurements is ensured by pressing of stop of base with the help of one spring in both positions that makes it possible to use inclinometer in slim holes.
