FIELD: generation of electric power. SUBSTANCE: method includes contact of flow of compressed and heated oxygen-containing gas with at least one solid electrolytic oxygen ion-conducting membrane in reactor. Part of oxygen passes in reactor through above-mentioned membrane from retention zone to permeability zone for forming flow in permeability zone and oxygen- depleted flow in retention zone. Reagent fed to permeability zone enters into reaction with oxygen penetrating into this zone, thus forming oxidate. Then, oxygen-depleted flow is added from retention zone to combustion chamber of gas turbine and gas taken from combustion chamber is expanded, thus ensuring generation of electric power. According to another version, oxidate obtained in permeability zone is passed through gas-acid trap for removal of sulfur from it and production of sulfur-free product of partial oxidation.
