FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: initial flow is supplied to one separator having supply zone and permeate zone separated by solid electrolyte membrane. One part of oxygen contained in initial flow is transferred from zone of supply to permeate zone with the help of membrane by supply to permeate zone of reactive blowing flow containing reactive gas which combines with oxygen to obtain lower partial pressure of oxygen in said zone.
