Abstract RU 2236606 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas turbines.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method in process of separation of oxygen from compressed air getting into combustion chamber of gas turbine, compressed air is heated by combustion fuel to produce heated gas containing oxygen. Then heated gas containing oxygen is directed inside elongated channel open from opposite ends and connected with combustion chamber of gas turbine. Oxygen is separated from heated gas owing to passing of oxygen ions through great number of ceramic diaphragms for oxygen extraction. Said ceramic diaphragms are mounted inside channel to separate oxygen from heated gas and collect it inside ceramic diaphragms. Oxygen depleted outer gas flow is formed inside channel and is discharged from opposite end of channel. Then oxygen is extracted from ceramic diaphragms.

EFFECT: improved separation of oxygen.
