SUBSTANCE: source information sequence is divided into code groups and the latter, into blocks. Combinations of interrelated groups are detected in blocks. Type- of-interrelation codes are shaped for each combination along with addresses of its origin and size. Indicating binary sequence is shaped wherein positions of interrelated groups are assigned certain values and those of intermediate groups, opposite values. Mentioned sequence bits are allocated among block adding groups. All interrelated groups except for base ones are excluded from block. Sum of all odd and even groups of block is minimized. Record-signal differences and time intervals are shaped in compliance with sequence of marker, service, and information groups of converted block.
