FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described are stable packing, sealing and insulating compositions. Compositions comprise solid waxy foam stabilizer and liquid lypophillic surfactant with low value of hydrophillic-lipophillic balance of about 3-14. Foam stabilizer allows for stability of bulls resulting from drying latex emulsion of film-forming polymer and liquid volatile hydrocarbon propellant. Object of invention is to create compositions which dry substantially after application and after isolation in foam form are readily removed by means of water and soap composition which comprises aqueous emulsion containing film-forming polymer, liquid propellant, solid waxy propellant solid waxy foam stabilizer and liquid lipophillic surfactant.
