FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described are stable packing, seating and insulating compositions. Compositions which include solid waxy, nonionic lypophillic surfactants having low value of hydrophillic-lypophillic balance. In dispersing foamed composition said surfactants secure stability of bubbles resulting from evaporating latex emulsion of film-forming polymer and liquid volatile hydrocarbon propellant. Packing, sealing or insulating material include compositions to form antificial landscapes or other solid structural surfaces. It is object of invention is to create compositions which do not evaporate substantively after application. Another object of invention is to create foamed composition which after isolation in foam form is readily removed by means of water and soap. Composition includes aqueous emulsion comprising film-forming polymer, liquid propellant and solid hypophillic nonionic surfactant having hydrophillic-lypophillic balance of about 3-8. In this case, said composition has volumetric expansion for 18-24 h after isolation varies from about 0.45 or higher. EFFECT: improved properties of foamed packing and sealing compositions. 65 cl, 5 dwg, 2 tbl
