SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to hernia surgery. Ulcer wound surface is pre-coated by Askina Gel hydrogel, then hydrocellular wound covering is laid, at the top layer of which two perforated tubes are placed, one of these tubes is connected to a device that creates pressure under the wound covering that is lower than atmospheric pressure; through the other tube carbon dioxide is supplied, the resulting structure is sealed be film wound covering, while the carbon dioxide is supplied throughout the entire period of time between dressings.
EFFECT: way to improve local blood circulation, decrease pain, provide complete healing of ischemic ulcers without surgery.
