METHOD OF SELECTIVE DISPERSION OF MATERIALS AND DISPERSER OF ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: processing of artificial diamond-containing materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves material dispersion up to required dispersion by multiple impact action of working members vibration in resonant condition, regulation of working- member parameters and subsequent separation of product. Gaps between coils are additionally regulated by varying speed of relative relation of working members. Dispersion of materials is effected under three independent resonant conditions of regulation of impact force of working member vibrations. Disperser has body with two working members which consists of springs installed between driving and driven flanges. Working members are made in the form of three units consisting of three concentric springs. In this case, gap between spring coils reduces from center to periphery. Installed between body and working members are flexible screening rods. Driven flanges are connected with body through excitation mechanism, and their cavities are communicated with material supplying pipelines. Body lower part has outlet sockets.
