FIELD: manufacture of bags. SUBSTANCE: the claimed winding machine has working members mounted on a frame, bobbin carrier, cutter bar, paper web guide rollers, pasting assembly, drive roller block, drum with a slot in which a spring-loaded blind with a stop is installed, toothed quadrant engageable with a gear-wheel for transmission of cyclic motion to the drum, cam and a restrictor, having arcs, and at an engagement locking the gear-wheel that is conjugate to the toothed quadrant, cam and a bracket with a roller installed opposite it and fixed on the drum, and opening and closing the blind, several pairs of gear- wheels for production of various quantity of layers of paper on the semiproduct of the paper bag, pressure roller on spring-loaded brackets in bodies for pressing the paper being wound to the drum. EFFECT: produced small-sized simple construction of the winding machine, with various quantity of paper layers, enhanced quality of paper bags. 4 cl, 5 dwg
