SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a device of winding and shaping of workpieces of paper multiwall sacks with a laminated layer. The device includes mounted on a carcass bobbin holders of a paper and a film, guiding shafts, mechanisms to cut the paper and the film, a glutinous assembly, a calendar interacting with the rotating shaft, guiding rolls, the block of driving rollers, a drum with the slot and a blind, a rotating rubber roller for removal of a workpiece from the drum, a catching device including mounted one over another rolls executing shaping of a workpiece and a pressing roller providing density of winding. The offered device provides winding and shaping of workpieces of the paper multiwall sacks with the laminated layer.
