FIELD: packing facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device for making bags and hoses contains roll holders shaper, guide rollers, and tape tension and direction rollers, all mounted on framework. Device has also tape warming and welding unit with spring-loaded shafts installed in parallel. Heating elements arranged inside spring-loaded shafts are provided with welding elements on their surface made in form of uninterrupted strips providing sealing and strength of welds. Cutting unit provides movement of two tapes. Driving shaft unit ensures movement of ready made articles. Device is furnished with unit for application of indicators to check sterility. Fold maker on tape is made up of plates with folds. Invention contains description of method of manufacture of bags and hoses.
EFFECT: provision of sterile sealed bags and hoses.
