FIELD: processing agricultural products; production of juices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed grinder-juice extractor includes receiving bin, grinding unit, counter-cutting plate, baffle plate, rolls, discharge boards and reservoirs for separate reception of juice and pulp. Grinding unit is made in form of knife disk with knives mounted at angle of 30 to 45° to plane of disk. Knife is adjustable in its extension for changing the size of particles being ground.
EFFECT: increased amount of extracted juice; reduction of pulp content in juice.
