SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to machines for processing fruits of melons and gourds. Plant comprises a bunker, a device for breaking fruits and a device for extracting seeds from crushed fruits, pitched planes, a container for collecting juice and pulp, a conveyor for collecting and removing crusts and a container for collecting seeds. Plant is equipped with vehicles for delivering fruits, unloading them into the washing tub and shipping crusts. Fruit shredder is designed as a single-cavity rotation hyperboloid. Under the fruit shredder, a concave is mounted, coupled with a wipe sieve, the holes of which are designed for the passage of seeds and pulp. Rubbing conveyor with elastic elastic blades is mounted above the wipe sieve. Pan is mounted under wiper grill with a slope to seed separator auger. Wiping sieve is associated with conveyor loading crust into vehicle. Seed auger has grating bottom for separating juice from the pulp, which is associated with capacity of collecting juice from the pulp. Seed separator screw is connected to seed tank and has coils with elastic-elastic coating on outer part. Juice container with pulp is equipped with a pump unit for supplying components for further processing. Fruit chopper is equipped with cross-cutting and longitudinal cutting knives. Drive of all mechanisms in plant is made from electric motors through chain and belt drives.

EFFECT: machine for processing fruits gourds is proposed.
