FIELD: sewing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has main strip, two auxiliary longitudinal strips and transverse strips extending perpendicular to main longitudinal strip and parallel one with respect to another. All the strips are calibrated in units of length. Apparatus is further equipped with deflection part rigidly fixed at one end of main longitudinal strip. One of transverse strip is rigidly secured to one end of main longitudinal strip and other transverse strips are arranged for movement along main strip. Auxiliary longitudinal strips are positioned on transverse strips for lengthwise movement thereon. Apparatus is used for taking measurements for the purpose of plotting belt article designs.
