FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: local dressing for cutaneous and transcutaneous introduction of substance has supporting construction 1 including disk 3, soft layer 9 containing active substance, resilient layer 4 of adhesive substance 5 applied to one side of resilient layer 4. Resilient layer and adhesive substance layer are provided with slot 7 defining cavity 8 where soft layer 9 is located. Disk 3 of supporting construction 1 is arranged at the side of resilient layer remote from adhesive substance side. Disk 3 partially covers resilient layer 4 and closing construction 2 having layer material adapted for separation and bowl-shaped member 18 adapted for receiving soft layer 9, when dressing is manufactured and stored. Closing construction 2 is arranged adjacent to the side of resilient layer 4 onto which adhesive substance is applied. Supporting construction 1 is equipped with one or two stiffening strips 20 extending on the outside of peripheral edge of supporting disk 3 towards peripheral edges of resilient layer 4. Disk and stiffening strips are cut from single continuous sheet. Closing construction 2 and supporting construction 1 are hermetically connected one with another within cavity 8. Local dressing manufacture and usage method is recited in Specification. Local dressing is adapted to be attached so that it tightly adheres to user's skin without leakage of active substance.
