FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes nontoxic microemulsion of type "oil-in-water" or bioconstant microemulsion consisting of polar phase, nonpolar phase and a mixture of hydrophilic and hydrophobic surface active substance. Polar phase has water and one or more components regulating its polarity properties. Nonpolar phase consists of one or more pharmaceutically acceptable oil. Amount of surface-active substance mixture is up to 15% of emulsion mass. Hydrophobic surface-active substance is taken among the group: lecithin, sphingolipids and galactolipids. Microemulsion is prepared by mixing components in any sequence. Mixture is kept to stand for one or two days up to equilibrium state. Equilibrium can be accelerated by the mold mixture heating at 40 C and stirring or shaking in regular time intervals. Invention can be used for remedy preparation making.
