SUBSTANCE: the set subjected to the action of gaseous ethylene oxide comprises a product sterilized by gaseous ethylene oxide, and a sealed container made of laminated material, having an inner layer that contains polyolephine, outer layer that contains complex polyester, polyolephine or polyamide, and an intermediate layer that contains silicon oxide. The action of the laminated material consists in the fact that it doesn't pass the gaseous ethylene oxide inside the container. The method for manufacture of a packing container for storage containing a medical instrument, having a hydrophilic coating on the outer surface, and a container for wetting liquid consists in manufacture of a container for wetting liquid of laminated material having an inner layer that contains polyolephine, outer layer that contains complex polyester, polyolephine or polyamide, and an intermediate layer that contains silicon oxide; procedure of container sterilization by steam or gamma radiation for sterilization of wetting liquid in the container; assembly of the medical instrument and container for wetting liquid together in a set; procedure of sterilization of the set by gaseous ethylene oxide for sterilization of the medical instrument, and enclosure of the sterilized set in the container used as a packing container for storage.
