Claimed cosmetic composition includes in cosmetically acceptable medium at least one copolymer of dimethicone with double bond and dimethicone with viscosity of 10⁶-100•10⁶ cP, and at least one cation polymer. The invention also deals with a method of treating keratin fibers such as hair.
