Method involves intratracheal administration to patient a pharmaceutical composition containing from 0.05 to 1.0 mg of ultralow-molecular heparins with average molecular mass 3 000 Da or less/kg of weight of patient body in each dose. Also, invention relates to the developed pharmaceutical inhalation compositions for their use in the novel method of treatment.
