FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has protection cap, cylinder, piston and cannula mounted on base part. Cannula base is rigidly fixable in the protection cap by introducing it as far as possible. The protection cap is settable on the cylinder cone corresponding to Luer cone. It has narrow part on the internal side before the cavity for receiving cannula base for stopping upward movement, the cavity for receiving cannula base to prevent the cannula base from being removed using movement forward. One more protrusion liftable from inside when dilating the cone to prevent the cannula base from being introduced inside when thrusting the syringe into a body. The piston has segment for cylindrically dilating the cone and mushroom-shaped head part engageable with the cannula base. EFFECT: prevented accidental too early and too deep syringe introduction when pushing the piston. 5 cl, 9 dwg
