The substance is passed to transferring member by means of electric field. The latter attracts the substance and transfers it to the second member by means of another electric field created by the second member. The substance is mixed with air inhaled in natural way. The social is saved in removable cartridge. The device has microprocessor for supporting flexible and controllable technology for making doses of chemical and biological substances as powder, drops or aerosol.
