FIELD: powder air cutters.

SUBSTANCE: device and contrivance that create air powder cutter, which cutter de-aggregate and disperses finely crushed medicinal powder into inhaled volume of air. While air is being sucked in through tip, which tip is connected with washer, particles of charge of powder de-aggregate gradually, disperse and continuously are released into sucked-in air during specific period of time. Gradual de-aggregation and dispersion of medicinal powder is performed by relative motion introduced between washer and metering member. Powder mentioned in the invention is in general case loaded onto square being bigger than square of input opening of washer for air. Washer can be disposed outside area of dosage till moment of rise of air jet in washer, which jet was created by sucking air during process of inhalation. Together with suck-in or some time later, relative movement starts accompanied with gradual cross of carrier's washer with deposited powder. Effect of air cutting of powder is created by cutting stresses and turbulence, created by air, coming into input opening of washer at high speed.
