FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying electrostatic frictional charging. Disagglomeration takes place on two brushes touching each other in rotating carrying powder in preferential embodiment. Brush bristles come into friction engagement with each other and agglomerates are split. Brush rotation speed is selected to reach maximum achievable efficiency for each kind of powder substances.
