FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves ejecting powder from the device splitting particular substance at velocity directed in perpendicular to applied electric field. The split powder as individual dust particles is attracted to the device under appropriately selected magnitude electric field intensity. A dose of the particles is taken off from the device. Larger particles (conglomerates) continue their motion forward in the direction of the initial velocity so far as their kinetic energy is greater than that of the smaller particles. Desirable separation of particles of required size from the larger ones not usable in treatment is achieved and good substance dosing is carried out. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications. 11 cl, 3 dwg
