FIELD: medical equipment, applicable for neurostimulation and curative action on biologically active zones of the human body surface and processes of regeneration at traumata and after surgical intervention. SUBSTANCE: the device has a power supply source, square-wave generator, frequency-setting unit, high-voltage pulse shaper, whose outputs are connected to the action electrode and indifferent electrode, amplitude-setting unit, light stimulation unit, reservoir capacitor, control current key, square pulse length setting unit and a switch, whose outputs are connected to the inputs of the light stimulation unit, and the first input is connected to the first output of the generator connected to the first input of the high-voltage pulse shaper, whose second input via the series-connected control current key and amplitude- setting unit is connected to the second output of the generator connected with its first and second inputs to the outputs of the frequency-setting unit and the square pulse length setting unit respectively. The first output of the power supply unit is connected to the third input of the generator, second inputs of the amplitude-setting unit and the control current key, as well as to the inputs of the square-pulse length - and frequency-setting units, the second output of the power supply source is connected to the second input of the switch, the reservoir capacitor is cut in between the outputs of the power supply source. The high-voltage pulse shaper structurally is an inductance transducer on a steel magnetic core treated and fastened by an adhesive compound with addition of magnetofiller, with the resistance of the secondary winding of the transducer coil connected to the inputs of the electrode unit being at least 500 Ohms.
