FIELD: cleaning of air in rooms and production systems. SUBSTANCE: unit has actuating member as part of air duct and fan control unit including high- voltage generator. Actuating member is provided with ultraviolet ozoneless radiation source at power of total bactericide flow no less than 10 W for obtaining required polarity of ion equilibrium of treated air medium, protective grids for air inlet and outlet ducts, electrodynamic catalyst as part of first electrode secured together with ultraviolet radiation source inside second electrostatic electrode - air duct. Control unit is provided with circuit for switching-on the ultraviolet radiation source and device for automatic switching-on of unit. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of decontamination and control of this process depending on volume and degree of contamination. 2 dwg
