SUBSTANCE: method involves providing polymer tape by bending it in opposite directions and cutting slots on its convex side; preparing carrier surface by tin-plating solder layer to carrier surface; fixing polymer tape with slots on carrier surface by heating carrier surface. Method allows friction units service life to be increased by improved fixing of polymer tape on carrier surface. EFFECT: simplified method, increased efficiency and improved quality of laminated articles by eliminating delamination and improved heat withdrawal. 5 dwg
