FIELD: methods of forming films from gaseous phase. SUBSTANCE: proposed panel has transparent substrate 1 made from glass and provided with at least one functional conducting and/or low- emission capacity transparent thin film 3. at least one intermediate film 2 is placed between substrate 1 and functional film 3 to enhance optical and mainly colorimetric appearance of glass panel. Gradient of refractive index of intermediate film is diminishing in thickness. Intermediate film includes at least two components at different refractive indices. Component at high refractive index is based on oxide of tin, titanium, zirconium, aluminium magnesium, vanadium or on nitride of silicon or silicon oxycarbide. Panel may be also provided with protective film. Method is realized with the aid of nozzle for settling film from gaseous phase. Nozzle includes injection slots for feeding gaseous products of different composition and discharging gas flow; slots are so arranged that form U-shaped flow under glass of tape.
