SUBSTANCE: power supply system has power distribution circuit, power conversion circuit, power input control circuit, power utilization circuit, and power utilization control circuit. Power distribution circuit is limited to certain degree in power transmission to power conversion circuit. Power input control circuit initiates starting of power conversion circuit and controls it. Power utilization circuit and power utilization control circuit incorporate first storage capacitor, first load, and second capacitor. Voltage comparator functions to control voltage across second capacitor to determine moment of its full charging. Logic circuit receives signals from voltage comparator and status logic to set switch in OFF-position when second capacitor is fully charged. Switch closure causes connection of second load in parallel with first one. EFFECT: provision for sequential loading of different circuit components with minimal time delay. 10 cl, 3 dwg
