FIELD: facilities measuring parameters of materials flowing over pipe-line. SUBSTANCE: in given assemblage resistive transducers are connected in series and voltage is measured in each unit with transducers being connected in series. Switching unit then opens to de-energize one of transducers allowing resistance of conductor between temperature-sensitive elements and remote converter to be measured. Measured resistance of transducers is later compensated by measured resistance of conductor to obtain resistance compensated by length of conductor per each transducer in assemblage. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy and minimized number of conductors needed for measurement. 16 cl, 6 dwg
