FIELD: computer engineering, package switching centers in data transmission network of automated control system sending data over broadcast multipoint channel having dynamic incompletely coupled structure. SUBSTANCE: technical objective of invention lies in development of gear that prevents delay in transmission of packages of higher priority with regard to packages of lower priority thanks to provision for arrangement of priorities and formation of queue for their execution in correspondence with it. Proposed gear incorporates four flip-flops, random number generator, synchronizer, two counters, three OR gates, six AND gates, delay unit, comparator of code combinations, timer, unit comparing number of packages, unit of priority extraction, comparator of priorities, unit isolating sign of multipackage messages, modulo 2 adder, delay element.
