FIELD: computer engineering; message (burst) switching centers of data transmission networks in computer-aided control systems. SUBSTANCE: device that can be used for controlling transmission of data conveyed over multipoint broadcast radio link has newly introduced units for finding burst arrival intervals, timers, and address analyzing unit which makes it possible to eliminate conflicts in multiple access channel when navigation data bursts are transmitted from plurality of correspondents by estimating length of time intervals between adjacent moments of navigation data burst transmission of all active correspondents. Transmitted data is corrected after each time interval. In the process timer disables probable home data transmission by the end of each time interval while navigation data burst is passed through multiple access channel with a higher degree of precision ; in this case detection of navigation data transmitted by foreign correspondent is ensured.
