SUBSTANCE: device designed for use in switching centers of data burst transfer network to control data transfer over multiple access broadcast channel distinguished by partially connected dynamic structure has synchronizer 1, flip-flops 2, 13, AND gates 3, 4, 11, 12, address identification units 51 through 5N, coordinate storage units 61 through 6N, OR gates 7, 15, demultiplexer 8, address allocation unit 9, coordinate allocation unit 10, delay circuit 14, modulo two adder 16, and attenuator control unit 17. Using such circuit arrangement decision is taken upon analyzing remoteness of receiving correspondent to set minimal desired power level of signal at his address during home transmission. In this way number of correspondents conflicting in the course of data burst transfers is minimized due to controlling signal power during home transmission according to distance from receiving correspondent.
EFFECT: enhanced throughput of channel.
