FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves planting cabbage seed plants in single row on ridge of 140 cm length at 10-15 m distance; driving one supporting stake in ridge center and two stakes laterally of ridge, with space between stakes being 30-40 cm; mounting tension stakes of 6-8 cm diameter in 100-150 m intervals; stretching two threads of synthetic twine laterally of flower pecker and interweaving twine threads in S- shaped manner in 10-15 m intervals. Method allows number of stakes employed for binding to be reduced by 10 times and usage of twine to be substantially decreased. Method is preferably implemented for seed growing of all kinds of cabbage and other high-stalked row crops tending to lodging under storm rain and high wind conditions. EFFECT: simplified and reliable method and reduced cost of growing seed crops. 1 dwg
