FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has elastic needles placed in front of each other and connected to each other with connection piece on one end and sharpened and bent outwards at an angle of 90 deg on the other end. Small radius arc curvature is made in the middle portion of the needles. Flexible union is longitudinally movably mounted on the upper part of electrode. The union being shifted to the curved portions of the needles, sharp needle ends move apart and enable needle fixation to take place in bone niche. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of needle fixation; accelerated bone repair and epidermization after making surgical interventions on middle air. 4 dwg
